General Information

Housing Assignments Staff use this web application to run various utility programs that integrate StarRez with other campus systems. After login via CalNet, authorized users select the utility page they wish to navigate too.

EDO/ADO Adapter Response

Adapter Response is used to view the information being returned from the GetStarRezADO adapter. The adapter retrieves Admissions, Student and Registration data from the Student Information System and displays the information needed by StarRez for the Housing Application process. Any required data, like name and classificationID and registration status can be compared in Campus Solutions with the adapter response.

Summer Session - Add Entries to Group

Summer Session groups that do not login to the housing portal are added to StarRez using this utility page. A group number is entered and if valid will return the group name. One to many SIDs are then entered and validated. If all the SIDs are found in the Student Information System and registed for Summer Session, then their Entrys are added to StarRez. All SIDs in the input list must be valid before the batch can be processed. Also included is a "remove from group" checkbox to remove SIDs from a group. Removal does not remove the Entry from StarRez, only the group link to the Entry is removed.

StarQL

Validate a StarQL query using the StarRezREST api.

ESA

Emotional Support Animal / Service Animal booking lookup by StudentID or UID. Booking details can be downloaded as an excel file.
